Ok, I searched the internet and only found one site that included penquins on their chart of names for male, female, and baby animals. The babies are called chicks, but there is no name given for the males and females. The group can be called a colony, a parcel, or a huddle. I believe colony is the most common. The web site is listed below. I found several other sites that did not include penquins on their lists at all.
